Our Early Childhood Classrooms
Conway Cradle Care's Childcare Program can serve 20 children based on the ages of the children we are serving and DHS Licensing Requirements. Childcare is offered as a priority to adolescent parents. If spaces are available after adolescent parent needs are met, childcare is then open to community members.
Early Childhood
What is our early childhood program?
Conway Cradle Care is a Level 3 Better Beginnings facility, the highest accreditation rating for voucher accepting childcare programs in Arkansas. For adolescent parents continuing their high school educations, childcare is funded through childcare assistance vouchers through AR DHS. We utilize a state certified curriculum, and strive to meet the developmental needs of each individual child while providing high quality childcare in a fun learning environment.
What are the age ranges?
Children ages 6 weeks to 36 months are cared for in our facility. Once a child turns three years of age, we assist parents in finding alternative childcare at another facility that offers pre-K readiness curriculum. We have three class rooms that are typically divided by nonmobile infants, mobile infants, and toddlers. This portion of our program is led by our lead teachers and is supported by volunteers.
